11. The Doctor Back On Earth
Let's see how the Doctor would fare with more adventures based on Earth. Maybe a glitch in the TARDIS results in him having to stay in one place or arriving ahead of a potential invasion, this would allow him to interact in a more liner setting, which could make for some interesting stories. They've established the Brigadier's daughter as part of UNIT and she has reached out to him for help before, have the Doctor revisit his roots as a scientific advisor to the organization. The Doctor has also been to the White House during the 11th's run. Perhaps, have an instance where he is actually stuck in one place for a few episodes or an entire season, not unlike his third incarnation. He could also take the opportunity to look up some of his former companions, which again pays homage to the classic series and gives some of the newer fans a glimpse into the vast history of the Whoniverse.
