DOLLHOUSE actor joining TORCHWOOD: THE NEW WORLD?

As you probably know, the fourth series of Torchwood is a co-production between BBC Wales, BBC Worldwide and US cable network Starz, which will see lead characters Captain Jack (John Barrowman) and Gwen Cooper (Eve Myles) moving to the United States of America for new adventures. Auditions are currently underway to find actors to play the regular cast, and a few names have surfaced as potential co-stars: Enver Gjokaj (Dollhouse) and Chad Michael Murray (One Tree Hill) are allegedly both in the running as CIA agent Rex Matheson, and Amber Stevens (Greek) might be playing CIA analyst Esther Katusi, but there's no word on auditionees for convicted murderer Oswald Jones. Torchwood: The New World will be a 10-episode serialized storyline with international scope, written by creator Russell T. Davies (Doctor Who, Torchwood), Jane Espenson (Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Battlestar Galactica), John Fay (Torchwood), Doris Egan (Tru Calling, House) and John Shiban (The X Files, Breaking Bad). The sci-fi drama will premiere on Starz next summer.
