Game Of Thrones Season 6: 10 Characters Who Should Be Killed Off

They've had their time, but all men must die.

If you€™re easily attached to television characters and develop an emotional bond with your favorites, HBO€™s Game of Thrones is clearly not the show for you. The series, based on George R. R. Martin€™s A Song of Ice and Fire books, has a higher body count than any other show on the air, making a point to kill off some of the most intriguing people right when our investment is at its highest. The last two seasons have been especially shocking when it comes to the death toll, with characters who were previously thought untouchable being sent to an early grave. The message is clear: no one is safe. While we complain about the losses, there€™s no denying that it€™s part of the show€™s attraction and keeps us coming back for more. The stakes are always high. Each season of the critically acclaimed and insanely popular series churns out more victims than a Final Destination movie, and Martin and showrunners D.B. Weiss and David Benioff love to play Jigsaw with our emotions while deciding who survives and who doesn't. Season 6 could possibly be the most violent yet as many conflicts are coming to a head. Several set pics have already leaked showing that another big battle is on the horizon between clashing armies, and the blowback from the events of Season 5 could yield some very bloody results. A few characters have worn out their welcome, while others would just up the dramatic tension by being killed off. This list is being written with no knowledge of what takes places in the books. Be forewarned: some of these choices may be controversial.
