Game Of Thrones: Season 6 - 5 Clues From The "Book Of The Stranger" Trailer

Just when we've got rid of one annoying brat...

Even with the much-appreciated (but way too grim) deaths of Ollie and Alliser Thorne, and the awful return of Rickon, "Oathbreaker" turned out to be a quieter episode compared to the explosive opening two of season 6. With more exposition to plough through and more characters being added to the cast, that much was pretty inevitable, and it wasn't a bad episode by any means.

This is usually the point in the season when the real story-telling begins, and from the preview of the forthcoming episode, it does look like it's going to be mostly another "slow"chapter. There's too much to be tied up before we can get another break-neck action episode, with Sansa's return to Winterfell, Reek's return home, Ramsay's torment of Rickon and the question of what Jon Snow does next all built up by the end of the last episode.

And then there's the issue of new plot-lines and returning characters, which Bookof The Stranger has also promised. How will they be balanced against what is already being juggled?

Here are all the major plot hints for episode 4, "Book Of The Stranger"...

5. Sansa Goes Home

Presumably she's going to find her brother Jon behind those doors, because another "oh, sorry, you've JUST missed him" moment for the Starks would be ridiculous.

Her arriving is clearly going to be the major catalyst for Snow taking up arms and marching South to Winterfell too to kick-start the War of the Bastards. There's no way her revelations about her treatment at the hands of Ramsay will elicit any reaction other than one of fury and immediate retribution.

And as a bonus, we get to see Ser Davos and Brienne in the same place: how he will react to the news that she removed his master's head might inspire some fireworks.
