Game Of Thrones: Season 6 - 7 Clues From The "Oathbreaker" Trailer

After the breathless highs and the plummeting, dog-breathed lows of episode 2, the lay of the land in Westeros has been shaken at its very foundation. The lords of two incredibly powerful Houses lie slain by their own kin, Jon Snow - as expected - is back from the dead and Ramsay Bolton has kicked up his villainy to an unprecedented level.

Obviously, that final scene will take up the majority of discussion in the run up to next week's episode - Oathbreaker - but HBO have just released a new teaser trailer hinting at what else is to come alongside Snow's adjustment to being back alive andfilled with stabholes.

Key players this episode are clearly going to be Snow, Bran as he continues his mystical training with Max Von Sydow, Arya, Cersei, Dany and Ramsay Bolton, who is actually becoming more enjoyable as he becomes more despicable. That's how you do true villainy, and it's about time we had someone to really focus our hatred on who can rival Joffrey in the evil stakes.

Here's the (inevitably) moody looking trailer...

So what can we learn from these thirty odd seconds...?

Like LITERALLY. There it is. Nice gage, HBO.

How creeped out are Ser Davos (the continued new MVP of season 6) and his band of merry men going to be when naked Snow walks out of the room wanting to know what the hell just happened?

In truth, I think we also need some more establishing explanation: how exactly did Melisandre just learn how to resurrect people on the fly?

And if Melisandre's visions of Jon in the fire proved to be correct, does this mean she also correctly predicted Stannis' success too? Maybe Brienne didn't strike as cleanly as we were all lead to believe? Maybe he's the "much loved character everyone loves" who Ian McShane said his character is bringing back (unless it's Gendry of course)?
