Just what is going on down at the Citadel?

We're less than a month away from the new season of Game of Thrones, and hype is really ramping up.

Last week brought the second trailer for Season 7, meaning we've had around 4 minutes or so of footage, plus a bunch of promo images and character posters. We've been teased epic battles, characters meeting, and the endgame approaching.

But with that July 16 premiere date now just around the corner, that's not an awful lot in a world where most movies and TV shows are marketed to death before release, but is in keeping with the standard HBO have set with Thrones.

Layers have been gradually peeled back, events nicely teased, but - as long as you're avoiding supposed 'leaks' on Reddit and such like - it's all been relatively spoiler-free.

So tight is the lid, in fact, that there's a lot we haven't seen, even with the two trailers. Whether it's returning characters, fan-favourites, or storylines we can expect to see play out, there's plenty we know is happening, the question is when (and where, and how, and well you get the picture).
