Game Of Thrones: 5 Best Moments From 'Two Swords'

Game Of Thrones is back, and back with a bang, a melted sword and a bisexual prince.

The agonising year-long wait is finally over, and Game of Thrones is back for its fourth season. Based on The Song of Ice and Fire novels by George R.R. Martin, what began as a modest success in its premiere season has now become event television. It has captured the imagination of millions of viewers with its compelling characters and twisting narrative. Now, with the Red Wedding thoroughly ingrained into the public consciousness, enthusiasm for Game of Thrones has reached a fever pitch. This past Sunday saw the debut of the season 4 premiere titled Two Swords. As with all premiere episodes in a season of Game of Thrones, Two Swords had a lot of ground to cover in a short amount of time. Situations had to be established while various pieces were arranged on the board. While most premieres feel crammed trying to jump to as many locations as possible, this episode kept things a bit more focused. Many characters, such as Bran and Stannis, sat this episode out, and the result is a tighter, better-paced premiere than seasons past. The show feels more confident in its storytelling; not surprising given we€™re now on the fourth season. As in most episodes of Game of Thrones, there were many fantastic moments. However, if we were to go through everything, we€™d be here all day. So, let's take a look at 5 of the best moments from the first episode of season 4, Two Swords.
