3. The Opening Credits

These days, you're lucky to find a television series that has opening credits. More often than not, title cards are preferred, likely because they're short and sweet. Last week's premiere of Happy Together didn't feature any opening credits, but that all changed in the second instalment. The CBS comedy is one of the few shows that still do the full title sequences - and, if you're a fan of the show, it's exactly what you would expect.

The intro pretty much sums up the plot of the series. Claire and Jake sit down for a quiet night, only they're interrupted by a knock on the door. In walks Cooper, who joins the pair on the sofa for a night in front of the telly. The classic song 'Happy Together' by The Turtles is utilised for the short sequence and it really couldn't be more fitting given the premise of the show.
