8. The D.E.N.N.I.S System
It’s Always Sunny’s attempt at mocking pick-up artists gave Dennis the opportunity to demonstrate possibly one of TV’s most disturbing ways to sleep with women, the D.E.N.N.I.S system.
This method includes; demonstrating his value to them, engaging with them physically, nurturing their subsequent dependence on him, neglecting the emotionally, inspiring hope that they could be together again, and finally separating himself entirely from them.
Throughout the episode it is proved that this system is actually capable of working and that Dennis is able to use it worryingly effectively.
This only goes to highlight Dennis’ manipulative nature and shows that there is almost no lie that he isn’t willing to say to women in an attempt to convince them to sleep with him.
