"You're not invulnerable, Luke."

Harlem's Hero is back in action, and he's facing his toughest test yet.

Marvel's Luke Cage returns to Netflix on June 22, almost two years after the first season, and now we've got a new trailer to tease what we can expect.

Based on the footage, the bulletproof hero starts out a lot more open and acting a lot cockier. He's seemingly having a great time tackling crime in his neighbourhood, until a new player - Bushmaster - turns up to give him a taste of his own medicine.

In the comics Bushmaster, aka John McIver, goes through the same process as Cage, giving him superhuman strength and durability, as well as the ability to absorb power. From what we see in the trailer, it looks like something similar will be the case here as he comes to claim Harlem for his own.

That'll force Cage into getting serious again, and doing whatever he's got to do - no matter the risk - to defeat Bushmaster. So basically, Luke Cage Season 2 is following the same plot outline as Rocky III.

Elsewhere in the trailer we get to see Misty Knight's new bionic arm in action, as well as the returns of Claire Temple, Mariah Dillard, and Shades.
