2. Frank Vs. Dinah (Episode 4, "Resupply")

Arguably the best action sequence in the entire series is a simple but sharply-executed car chase between Frank and Dinah in the show's fourth episode.

After Frank and Micro interrupt the DHS' operation to intercept a Greek weapons shipment, Dinah gets in her snazzy vintage sports car and chases Frank, who is meanwhile driving a stolen Mustang.

With its lack of music (allowing the purr of the cars to take precedent), slick visuals and gorgeous cars, this feels like a car chase ripped straight out of a 1970s thriller movie.

Considering how the Netflix MCU shows tend to botch high-concept action, this was a refreshingly straight-forward little chase which concluded in shocking fashion when Micro blind-sided Dinah, totalling her car.

It may not be particularly fancy, but it had all the grit that a Punisher action sequence absolutely should.
