Marvel's Daredevil Season 3: 10 Things That Must Happen

7. But Doesn't Get Her Born Again Storyline

Speaking of dark storylines for Karen Page, they don't get much more brutal than her role in Born Again, which Season 3 is going to be adapting parts of. The Karen of that run, however, is quite different to the one we're used to, and Frank Miller's story finds her as a heroin addict who stars in adult films to earn money to feed her addiction, and eventually she sells Daredevil's secret identity, which eventually makes its way to Kingpin.

While Wilson Fisk learning of Matt's dual life should be an important part of Season 3, there are other ways to do it, and even with a slight time jump from the previous season, it'd be hugely jarring to suddenly see Karen so down-on-her-luck.

It wouldn't make any sense to her character or the show's storyline, and even if you stripped away the heroin and porn, there's no basis for her to sell Matt's identity. There are many ways in which a straight Born Again adaptation can work, but this needs to be one of the biggest changes.
