Changes started being made at the prison last year, ones that Caputo was helpless to prevent, and that's going to have a big bearing on things in Season 4 with Litchfield now being run as a for-profit organisation.

That means a couple of different things for the inmates. One is that life in the prison is about to become even more difficult, with fewer little luxuries to be had, and the other is more new guards, which will create a whole raft of tension with the prisoners.

This change alone is going to be the cause of some interesting drama, but it gets even more exciting as they can dive deeper into critiquing the prison system and reflecting current, real-life issues.
