27. Leland Owlsley (Daredevil)
While he could occasionally be fairly interesting and was acted rather well, between his half-baked moral ambiguity, coward-like nature, and relatively unceremonious demise, Leland Owlsley can easily be considered the weak link of Wilson Fisk's inner circle from season one of Daredevil.
Mind you, as a member of that syndicate, he wasn't to be taken lightly, but he was definitely the least intimidating member of the group.
He never posed a physical threat to anyone and his dealings with Wilson Fisk's dirty money were mostly glossed over. His only real villainous deed was attempting to orchestrate the murder of Fisk's love interest so as to get him to focus more on their operation, and he was thrown down an elevator shaft for his trouble.
