10. The Bouncy Ball

This was the final touch, Sherlock said. The key to tricking John Watson that he was dead. It was clear even when Sherlock was explaining how he faked it, that the bouncy ball was an integral part; there was an elongated clip of Holmes bouncing it - is that a subtle reference to The Great Escape perhaps? Maybe. It's something that a lot of us guessed, and it's one of the more simple facets of the plan. It could be used in conjunction with most of the other ideas, and sure enough, it's one that we all got. Give yourself a pat on the back, and your first tally out of ten!
