The Simpsons: 10 Secondary Characters Voiced By Harry Shearer

9. Scratchy

First Appearance: "There's No Disgrace Like Home", Season 1. A parody of Tom from Tom & Jerry, Scratchy is the brunt of Itchy's psychotic schemes, traps, and disembowelments. While Shearer's contributions are usually just a combination of squeals, cries, and yelps, Scratchy- alongside Itchy- remains one of the most popular and entertaining bits as the series closes on its 25th season. Funniest Moment: It's hard to pick one, so here's a rarely-seen clip from a Sky1 commercial celebrating 20 years of The Simpsons. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRCYtOSKLP8
