It's Christmas, and Sheldon wants to make sure he's organised when it comes to giving out gifts, so buys Penny an assortment of flower baskets. When it comes to the gift-giving, Penny presents Sheldon with a napkin. Initially confused, Sheldon freaks out when he realises that A) it's signed by Leonard Nemoy and B) possesses his DNA after he used it to wipe his mouth. Of course, none of the flower baskets could ever compensate for this thoughtful present, and thus Sheldon is forced into an action that we very rarely see him perform - a hug.
