Chapter 14, or "The Tragedy", is the sixth episode of The Mandalorian Season 2 and it's well and truly apparent that the show has hit its full stride. It's another great episode - this time directed by Robert Rodriguez - and while it doesn't quite reach the heights of last week's instalment, it's bound to be another crowdpleaser and I mean that in the best way possible.

The episode title intimates a sense of foreboding right from the off. You know something bad is going to happen and that presents this particular chapter in a different light from what we're used to; it's a case of when, not if, misfortune will strike, and that's made doubly apparent when you recall Moff Gideon has been tracking the Razor Crest for two episodes now.

Of course, it's not all tears. Chapter 14 delivers some of the most exciting moments in The Mandalorian so far, and makes real strides in the development of not just Din Djarin, but Grogu as well.

With the pair's sights set on Tython and Din making ready to say his goodbyes, the second season's sixth episode delivers an emotional, action-packed ride that manages to tick all the right boxes - even if it does fall short of the lofty presentation standards we've come to associate with the series.
