Clearly, there is a lot that The Simpsons has done right, you don't become the longest running sitcom ever nor win 31 Primetime Emmy Awards, 30 Annie Awards and a Peabody Award by accident. And neither do you attract praise for influencing the English language more than either Shakespeare or The Bible in terms of new idioms, neologisms and catchphrases.
For over 26 years, The Simpsons has provided audiences with high quality entertainment and parody, introducing some seriously essential viewing. And while nostalgic fans might choose to believe that the failures are restricted to the inferior newer seasons, the truth is the poorest moments are littered throughout all 26 seasons. And here are the ten worst.
