The Walking Dead Season 6: 10 Questions We’re Asking After ‘Here's Not Here'

10. Why 60 Minutes?

The first question is more of a slight criticism than a direct link to the plot. Episode 4 marked the second 60 minute episode of the season so far, but why? It arrived at a random time, during an episode where the story was hardly advanced at all. The Season 6 premiere was fantastic, yet my only slight concern with the episode was the bumper run-time, and the same goes for this episode. You'd think that the more Walking Dead we get, the better, but for an episode designed to pad out a character's backstory, 60 minutes seemed excessive. I'm happy for extra-long mid-seasons and finales where multiple storylines need to be wrapped up, but it just felt a bit needless in this instance. Will there be more hour-long episodes coming soon?
