6. Fringe Characters

The Walking Dead suffocates under the weight of its bulging cast at times. Season 6 saw a horribly brutal massacre inside Alexandria, yet it failed to kill any of its sub-par fringe characters, and I really think the show missed a golden opportunity to streamline itself. There are several characters who simply don't add anything to the show, and while I'm not here to sign the death warrants on any characters, the show needs to finish off those who won't contribute to the show going forwards. I've named them all before, but the likes of Rosita, Tara, Eugene don't achieve anything worthy of keeping them around. Give them big storylines, or concede that they need to die soon, AMC.
