Titans Season 2: 4 Ups & 2 Downs From 'Fallen'

Downs...

2. The Separation Continues

Titans Season 2
DC Universe

If you've been following these reviews, you'll know that one of the things this writer finds most frustrating about this potentially brilliant show is its consistently predictable reliance on splitting up its core team just to force some drama. Yes, the show that spent all of its first season, and much of its second, attempting to bring the Titans together inexplicably decided to have them all part ways again in last week's installment.

Unfortunately, that showed no signs of changing this week, as Dick's imprisonment, Conner's downtown rampage, Rachel's illusive nature and Donna's desperate attempts to locate her all factored into this week's episode meaning that, in spite of the fact that we're running out of episodes, we got to spend another week with the Titans all over the place. While each of the respective arcs were engaging in their own way, all of them vying for supremacy resulted in a rather disjointed episode.

There was simply too much going on because everyone was everywhere and none of them were together. And, quite frankly, we've been here before.
