The Walking Dead Season 4 Finale: 6 Definitive Things That We Learned

Everything's not what it was cracked up to be, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

It was a long bloody path this season on The Walking Dead, with many fans torn between the directions that it took. Come across any fan of the comic book or television show and you'll find that a lot of individuals were split right down the middle in respect to their feelings. While some loath the course the show has taken with a lack of zombie kills week in and week out, others love the character development that was a main focus in the second half of season four. It's no secret that the show developers love to constantly change the tone of each season. The show has evolved considerable from the early pilot season to where we find the cast of survivors at the end of season four. The problem with a lot of quality television is that the blueprints they follow usually become stale, and many times early seasons of a hit show are great but ultimately tend to fizzle out and die. The Walking Dead continues to be an ever changing and embryonic show taking the viewer to different and darker places. The second half of season four follows the blueprint. Each time a group of survivors came across a sign for Terminus, it was unmistakably clear that was the location that the show would end this season. Rumours and theories were all over the Internet leading up to the finale, but in the end fans would only have more questions. Most importantly though, is what we actually learned and can accept as cold hard fact. These are six things that we learned from the season four finale.
