Despite more than convincingly beating him in their first fight, there was some doubt among fans as to whether or not UFC welterweight champion Georges St. Pierre would be able to defeat Josh Koscheck in their rematch at UFC 124 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

There were a whole host of reasons as to why MMA fans believe Koscheck might have a better time against St. Pierre the second time around. His newfound knockout power mixed in with his exceptional wrestling could've been an influence or maybe his ability to irk the champion made some fans believe that he'd been successful in getting under his skin.

Although Koscheck was tough and managed to last the entire five rounds, St. Pierre showed a ruthlessness that we'd rarely seen from him before. For 25 minutes, the French-Canadian superstar slammed his fist in the same broken orbital, shattering it just a little bit more with every strike landed.
