It was another nail in WCW's coffin when four top workers, Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, Perry Saturn and Eddie Guerrero exited the promotion in January 2000 and signed with the WWF. Overnight, WCW's upper mid-card went from rock solid to wobbly.

Over in the WWF, Bruce Prichard was working overtime to convince his boss that the incoming 'Radicalz' were his next top stars. To Vinnie Mac, all four lacked the size he had traditionally coveted in his stars, particularly Guerrero.

Vince didn't mince his words, telling Bruce, "he's so tiny".

Four years later, the Latino sensation was McMahon's WWE Champion. Nobody, including Prichard, could have predicted such a turnaround. He'd spotted Guerrero's talent, and loved his passion for the biz, but he knew Vince (initially) didn't share the same vision.
