When it comes to meticulously-fashioned story and hair-raising melodrama, it doesn't get much better than Undertaker and Kane at WrestleMania XIV.

Although the bout itself was far from a technical materclass - the Big Red Machine has aged like a fine wine inside the ring, but couldn't quite hang with his kayfabe brother during his early days (and the mask can't have helped, really) - few matches in WWE history have captured the fans' collective imagination in quite the same way.

And, to be fair, for a slug-fest contested by a pair of seven-footers, it was better than the norm. Kane somehow looked a great deal bigger inside his all-red body-suit, and the mid-air Tombstone reversal the pair managed came off mightily impressive at the time.
