10 Best Brock Lesnar WWE Matches

The Beast is back on form.

Brock Lesnar's status as the most protected star on the WWE roster (unless he's in the ring with Goldberg) is both a blessing and a curse.

A blessing because it means, despite only working a handful of shows a year - and taking home the fattest pay-cheque - Lesnar is always positioned at the very top of the card, and seldom far away from the primary focus of the weekly shows (whether he's in the building or not).

But it comes at a cost (albeit probably not one Lesnar himself particularly cares about): by only wrestling in five and 10 minute matches, the 'Beast Incarnate's ability between the ropes is often overlooked, with some critics suggesting that he doesn't have the same quantity of great matches as several of his more prolific contemporaries.

That's perfectly true, of course, but Lesnar matches are simply always special, and if you go back over his two WWE runs, there are a great many of them that deserve to be remembered as classics as well.

And if you don't agree, then Brock will be happy to talk things over with you in Suplex City.

10. Vs. Roman Reigns Vs. Seth Rollins (WrestleMania 31)

It's rare that Paul Heyman's client isn't the star of his matches, but on this occasion he was - by the final bell - a decided after-thought behind the story of Seth Rollins cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase on WWE's 'Grandest Stage'.

Ask fans how they felt about this match right around the 10-minute mark and the likelihood is a lot of them would shrug their shoulders and tell you, "meh" (which is the universal byword for: it was OK - nothing all that special).

But Rollins' last-minute addition to the bout turned it from a drab singles affair into a pulsating triple threat in which the title was absolutely guaranteed to change hands (as if, with Roman the challenger, it wasn't' already).
