10 Best WWE Attitude Era PPVs

The greatest cards of the most prosperous period in WWE history.

The Attitude Era is one of the most fondly remembered times in professional wrestling history. With WCW dominating WWF in the ratings, Vince McMahon and his roster had to band together to reinvent their product for the coming millennium. Driven by the desire to be the best that can only be brought out by the fiercest of competition, future legends like Steve Austin, Mick Foley, The Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Triple H and The Rock ushered in a new tone and revolutionised the industry. Later on into the Attitude Era, a second wave of stars occurred. Chris Jericho, Kurt Angle, and The Radicalz were allowed to flourish in this new environment and the promotion never looked back. WWF won the war in 2001, and by spring 2001 The Attitude Era was drawing to a close. The Attitude Era was full of as many misses as hits though, and often you might think "Oh, that PPV was fantastic" but it's easy to forget that this was also the time of Marc Mero, Ahmed Johnson and Naked Mideon. With the WWE Network so affordable at only $9.99 a month, here's a list of ten of the best undisputably classic pay-per-views from The Attitude Era.
