10 Biggest WWE Plot Holes

9. Booker T's Note

In late 2003, Booker T was handed a note backstage on Raw by Heidenreich which read "I still remember," scrawled in a thick black marker pen in all capital letters.

At the time, many of us expected this to lead to a major WWE storyline, the first that Booker had been involved in since he was unceremoniously defeated by Triple H in his doomed World Heavyweight Title pursuit at WrestleMania XIX.

But it didn't. Instead, Booker shortly after began a tag team with Rob Van Dam before being traded over to SmackDown in the spring. We neither found out who sent him the note, nor what the thing they "remembered" was.

The prevailing theory here is that it was supposed to set up the return of Goldust, who had been absent from TV for a few months after previously teaming with the five-time WCW Champ. But we'll never be able to say for sure, since he didn't return for another two years, by which time his ex-partner was a heel.
