This coming Monday's edition of Raw is the last before WWE present Hell In A Cell on pay-per-view. Strangely, one of the biggest stories prevalent on the weekly show has nothing to do with that event. Brock Lesnar is scheduled to appear live in his hometown to address the words of Goldberg on last week's broadcast.

Goldberg's return was handled well, although it's hard to imagine he will be present for Brock's rebuttal. If anything, Lesnar could be set to announce the proposed match for Survivor Series. Right now, that would feel like progress in the feud.

Elsewhere, Chris Jericho, Kevin Owens, and Seth Rollins will do battle in a Triple Threat encounter. Set up by General Manager Mick Foley, this bout offers the perfect opportunity to exhibit further problems in the friendship between Y2J and KO.

As for the Raw Women's Title situation, it's imperative that WWE's creative team shift focus back onto the title itself. There's an easy way to do that whilst still keeping discussions about Sasha Banks and Charlotte making history open.

Let's dive in and see what WWE could realistically have in store come Raw...

10. Roman Reigns Attacks Rusev & Defends His Motives To Mick Foley

It's going to be interesting to see what WWE officials choose to do with Roman Reigns and Rusev once their lengthy feud ends. Surely Hell In A Cell will be the closing chapter in this rivalry - there's no way the writing team can build towards a match that will top that one.

Last week, Rusev nailed Reigns with a kick once Lana had slapped the babyface. Then, he pummelled Roman with steel steps and locked on his Accolade submission. This coming episode of Raw, Reigns will be out for revenge. Should Roman simply appear on the show as normal, the impact of last week's attack will be lost.

Opening the program, Reigns could be shown brutally assaulting his Bulgarian foe backstage. Spilling out in front of the live crowd, Roman is then stopped from beating Rusev with the same steel steps by Mick Foley. From there, Reigns and the General Manager can argue.

This sells the idea of Foley struggling to keep a lid on his roster before Hell In A Cell and gives Roman Reigns some retribution.
