10 Examples Of Triple H Being Ridiculously Selfish At WrestleMania

The Game has been a real jerk at WrestleManias past…

Triple H is one of WWE€™s biggest and most popular Superstars of the last twenty years, and a very accomplished wrestler. Having won numerous singles and tag team titles, there is virtually nothing left for him to do in the ring, and so most of his attention is now geared towards building the stars of tomorrow in NXT and in the Performance Center. However, if one were to look at his WrestleMania record, you€™d find that he has been one of the most frequently-seen Superstars on the show. As of this writing, HHH has a record of 8 wins and 10 losses at WrestleMania, and 12 of those matches were among the main events of those shows. In other words, HHH has been enjoying main-event level treatment at WrestleMania for well over a decade. Some of these matches can be explained by the fact that HHH is a very good athlete; he has proven that he is consistent in the ring, and that fans still love him (or love to boo him). Though not as technically-sound as Shawn Michaels, Bret Hart, or Kurt Angle, HHH has still managed to make a big star out of himself, which has manifested itself in his main event matches. However, upon closer inspection, Triple H has been very selfish at some points in his WrestleMania career. One could make the argument that, because of his association with Shawn Michaels or Stephanie McMahon, or even due to his prominence with WWE in more recent years, Triple H has been selfish at WrestleMania. This article will look at 10 of the Game€™s most self-centered booking decision at WrestleMania events over the years, and hopefully the readers will be able to make the choice for themselves on whether HHH earned these spots, or whether selfishness got the best of him. Whether it€™s changing a match finish, or having his friends get involved, HHH has messed with Mania matches a lot over his career, and these 10 are the best examples of that twisted philosophy of his that hopefully will disappear once he takes control of WWE.
