10 Fascinating WWE Survivor Series 2015 Facts
The Roman Empire had a bit of a false start.
The ending to the 2015 Survivor Series reads more like a social experiment than well-intended wrestling booking. WWE put their top prize on Roman Reigns at the end of an elimination tournament, much to the chagrin of a vocal portion of their audience. Then they immediately sent Sheamus out there with the Money in the Bank briefcase to screw over the polarizing "Juggernaut". The question seemed to be, "Can we get the fans to feel bad for Roman if he have him lose the belt to somebody even less regarded, and less cool?"
By most measurements, the 2015 Survivor Series was an average show at best, with an ending that left a sour taste in the mouths of many. About the only quaint part of the event for most fans was the celebration of Undertaker's quarter-century as a WWE star. The rest of the night featured a tournament that was a green-mile walk into an undesirable outcome, and midcard action that failed to captivate.
If not for some unique circumstances concerning the headline acts, the 2015 Survivor Series would've been "just another show". And some of the end results of those unique circumstances had fans wishing it was "just another show".
Here are ten facts about the 2015 Survivor Series you may not have known.

Fans attending Survivor Series were reportedly forbidden from bringing bags into the building. Other than the extra security detail, and Lilian Garcia singing the Star Spangled Banner to start the night, the show was business-as-usual, with nothing said on the broadcast concerning the alleged threat.
