10 Former WWE Superstars That Should Re-Sign In 2015

Each of these former stars would add something to the current product.

The WWE has a storied history of falling out with its biggest stars. We've all seen the war of words between CM Punk, the WWE and some of the current roster including Ryback and Chris Jericho over the last couple of weeks. These departures, initially, cannot be prevented. Wrestlers, especially the big names like Punk, have incredible egos and once they're set in their ways, there's no turning back. You won't see them grovelling and crawling back to the McMahons. It takes time for both sides to patch up their relationship and realise what they had together was so special. Punk has signed a deal with UFC meaning a return to WWE won't happen for some considerable time, but a return for him isn't completely dead in the water. Look at the Ultimate Warrior and WWE's relationship during the 20 or so years before his induction into the Hall of Fame and subsequent untimely death. There are a couple of other ways that a member of the WWE roster can find himself unemployed. They could be sacked, they could quit or WWE could let them slip through the net and fail to renew their contract, not knowing what they had. This used to happen a lot more when WWE superstars had a meaningful alternative. TNA is doing quite well at the moment but the contracts their top names will be on won't compare to the WCW salaries of the 1990s even.
