The Rock made headlines on Thursday when he responded to a Tweet about WWE up-and-comer Ricochet, heralding the NXT rookie as a potential "leader in ushering in a a new era of our wrestling business", as well as tipping him to one day wear the company's biggest prize.
These comments have added to the already huge expectation weighing on the shoulders of Ricochet, who was hailed by many as one of WWE's most exciting acquisitions in years when he finally signed on the dotted line in January.
But, at the same time, it's hard to argue that this level of hype isn't warranted.
In truth, the former NJPW man is one of several potential main roster stars currently plying his trade down in NXT, which arguably boasts its best collection of talent (at least in terms of male performers) since its formation six years ago.
