Here's what WWE should do from now until Rumble/Mania season.

Wow, turns out SummerSlam... actually wasn't all that bad! In fact, it was pretty darn good!

Carmella, Alexa Bliss, and Brock Lesnar's reigns of terror are over, The Demon has returned, Dean Ambrose is back, Seth Rollins and Charlotte are champions again, Becky Lynch is the top female heel on SmackDown, and yes, The Roman Empire 2: The Legend of Curly's Gold is in full effect on RAW.

Regardless of what you think about any of these developments, for the first time in forever, things feel different and hopeful in WWE. With the groundswell of goodwill and positivity, WWE need to capitalize on that properly in the build for their upcoming shows. Just how do we fill the time in the months before Royal Rumble and WrestleMania season? What do you do to build interest and excitement for Hell in a Cell, Evolution, and Super ShowDown? (Aside from promo packages promising Triple H vs. The Undertaker for the last time ever, we swear this time, you guys)

Well strap in, folks. We have a few handy suggestions for Vince and co. about how to make their autumn awesome.

10. Push Lio Rush As Cedric Alexander's Next Opponent

On the SummerSlam kickoff show, Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander defeated Drew Gulak in an okay, but not great encounter. In the finish, Alexander won via roll-up, implying this feud may continue on 205 Live, but I have a different suggestion.

Throughout his time as champion, Alexander has defended against some heavy hitters. From jacked beasts like Buddy Murphy, to strong style strikers like Hideo Itami, to technical maestros like Gulak. All these matches have been good to great, but Alexander hasn't really faced off with a high-flyer like himself.

Enter Lio Rush, 205 Live's current rising star. A freakishly agile young man, Rush has the skillset and the dislikable personality to be a foil to the whitemeat face Alexander. Plus, the kind of indieriffic flipfest these two could pull off would be just what 205 Live needs to garner more attention.

And yes, if you were to put the belt on Rush, perhaps it would mollify all the Enzo Amore contrarians who are like "Nyeh, 205 Live was better with Enzo on top! People actually cared about his matches, and he was a true heel, blegh!!!"
