Eric Bischoff has no problem owning up to past mistakes...

If there's one thing Eric Bischoff's recent examination at the hands of a WWE documentary proved, it's that the former WCW head honcho is honest and reflective these days. In 'Sports Entertainment's Most Controversial Figure', Bischoff seemed pleased to lead a more relaxed lifestyle away from the bright lights and headache-inducing pressures that come with pro wrestling.

Older and wiser, 'Easy E' agreed to embark on a recent Q&A tour of the UK presented by WhatCulture. Dates in Newcastle (which also included an appearance as guest General Manager for WCPW), Manchester and London were scheduled, along with another promoted by Inside The Ropes in Glasgow. Each had a unique flavour, something the man himself was keen to point out.

Repetition be damned, stories were spread evenly across each of the four nights. Along the way, Bischoff discussed everything about his time in WCW, WWE and even TNA. Never turning down a fan question, Eric confronted everything even when it didn't protect him or smother the man in immediate glory.

The stories were plentiful, and here are some of the best. Let's explore the tour, highlighting some key observations...

10. He Doesn't Necessarily Like Brock Lesnar's MMA Style In WWE

Many wrestling fans would agree that Brock Lesnar brings something different to the table when appearing in WWE. It's well-known that Lesnar is a legitimate fighting machine, a fact that only lends credibility to his performances on Monday Night Raw or WWE pay-per-view. Incredibly, the style Brock favours isn't to the taste of everyone.

Eric Bischoff is one of those people, even if he does have a tremendous amount of respect for what Lesnar has accomplished. Speaking in London, Bischoff said that he often views a lot of MMA as boring, even going so far as to say it looks like what he'd imagine "prison sex" to be!

Getting serious, Eric then said that the ending to SummerSlam 2016 didn't sit well with him. Referencing a lesson he himself learned from Vince McMahon, Bischoff said it's important to send people home happy and he doesn't believe the Brock Lesnar vs. Randy Orton match achieved that goal.

Elsewhere, he also said that wrestling fans expect theatrics over genuine fighting skill, and that's a challenge Lesnar has to contend with.
