Last December, The Hype Bros of Zack Ryder and Mojo Rawley won a battle royal to become the number one contenders to the Smackdown Tag Team Titles. In that same match, though, Ryder injured his knee, which put him on the shelf and cancelled their title shot. Rawley, meanwhile, moved to singles competition, winning the WrestleMania battle royal in the meantime.

This past week on Smackdown, Ryder made his return, and days later it was announced that The Hype Bros would take on The Colons at Money in the Bank's kickoff show. This immediately raised red flags for many fans, who saw an opportunity for Ryder to turn on Rawley.

As a natural babyface whom the fans really like, Ryder should be a good guy. Turning him would be a horrible idea, so it will probably happen at some point. That said, his first match is too soon to do it. It's also on a kickoff show, which means less people will see it than if it were on PPV or TV. Give this one a month or two.
