2. One Women's Champion

Similar to the tag team championships, the Women's Title was recently unified (when it was called the Diva's Title), and the division of talent between the women (like the tag teams) isn't enough for two titles on two shows.

Besides, a lot of ballyhoo was made about this new Women's Title, and the women in general not being called Divas. So what will the second championship be called then? The Divas Championship? WWE took great thought in eliminating the term "Diva" from the WWE lexicon.

Even more balyhoo was being made about Charlotte at the top of the division. She is the pillar that needs to be knocked off. Adding another championship would dilute her accomplishments. Having her jump between shows will also help with her exposure, playing as a champion facing off against all comers.
