10 More Early-'90s WWE Superstars You Totally Don't Remember

2. Reno Riggins

Let's be honest, with a ring name like Reno Riggins (which sounds like a character from Lord of the Rings), success in the world of pro-wrestling was never really on the cards.

Riggins - real name: Neal Hargrove - did, however, earn a reputation as one of the more capable jobbers of his era, getting called in for the occasional WWE house show throughout the late-'80s and well into the early part of the following decade.

He even got a match on one of the very first episodes of Monday Night Raw in February 1993, fighting a losing effort against Tatanka in what would be one of precious few appearances in front of the mainstream cameras.

Hargrove's wrestling career ran into a brick wall soon after, but he did have a brief run as NWA Tag Team Champion in April 2000, as part of the ironically named "Main Event" alongside fellow journeyman Steven Dunn.
