10 Most Despicable WWE Heels Ever

Despicable. Synonyms include contemptible, reprehensible, abhorrent, hateful and heinous. Wrestling is basically the story of good versus evil, of those with noble morals overcoming the villainous and the dastardly. Wrestling is story and wrestling is comic books, only here our superheroes perform chin-locks and arm-drags.
Wrestling is also cartoonish in that sometimes the violence and antics of the heels are a little over the top. Kane for instance had a tendency to try and set people on fire, a truly evil act but not one that you see a lot of in every day life. He was a cartoon villain, vanquished by equally cartoon heroes.
Every now and then a bad guy comes along however who is all too human. A bad guy whose motives are inherently sadistic but worryingly not entirely out of the reckoning when it comes to the ordinary individual. We are all capable of despicable acts, and every now and then a performer arrives on our screens to act them out.
Everyone will disagree on what is more despicable, but for me these are the 10 most humanly despicable heels in WWE history. Those who fear being fed their own dog should look away now.
10. 'Ravishing' Rick Rude
Human beings are inherently insecure. Females often get tarred with this brush, but males are every bit as insecure if not more so. Horrifically overprotective and tribal when it comes to females, men have a tendency to assume that their partner is biding their time before screwing them over.
Someone like 'Ravishing' Rick Rude therefore is an insecure man's worst nightmare. An absolute adonis of a human, Rude was also excellent at his job and positively oozing with confidence. When he made his entrance the camera would pan to the ladies in the audience, looking on whilst biting their lips.
Rude wasn't afraid to prey on the insecurities of his fellow competitors either, most notably in his feud with Jake 'The Snake' Roberts. Rude made eyes at Jake's wife Cheryl, and seeing that this sent Roberts off the deep end Rude decided to exploit it.
He did this by having Cheryl's face spray-painted on his tights, right around the crotch or botty area. Horrible, disgusting, disrespectful, despicable.
