All is fair in love and war, goes the saying. And in professional wrestling, a pre-scripted sport where people beat the hell out of each other, its definitely a lot less love, and a lot more war. Most WWE storylines are a testosterone driven affair two men having a go at it, with both of their dignities, reputations, and manhoods on the line. The massive monster versus the clever trickster. The corrupt boss versus his rebellious employee. The undead zombie versus his badly burned brother who had been locked in a mental institution when their parents house burned down (yeah that one got to be a bit much). But every now and then, the WWE attempts a love storyline (the key word is attempts) usually a showdown between two suitors, and a desirable manager or Diva.
