10 Most Radical Body Transformations In Wrestling

8. Cody Rhodes

WWE

Cody Rhodes was barely 22 years old when he first debuted on WWE television, and it's no exaggeration to say that he wasn't ready for the push that he got. After being introduced into a feud with Randy Orton, he soon formed a tag team with veteran Hardcore Holly. They won the World Tag Team Titles, but Rhodes soon turned on Holly and joined Orton's Legacy stable.

Throughout those early years, Rhodes was capable in the ring - pretty good, really, given the lack of experience that he had. He certainly didn't look the part, though - the young Rhodes, decked out in trunks and boots, had very little muscle mass compared to just about everyone else on the roster, and he wore his kneepads low to cover up his skinny calves.

Flash forward a couple of years, and Rhodes had managed to get in much more photogenic shape - he had added a lot of muscle while getting leaner. According to the former Intercontinental Champion (in interviews conducted after he left WWE), he learned more about working out after spending some time on the main roster, allowing him to improve his body.
