When CM Punk stands at the top of the ramp, clenches his fist and screams 'It's clobberin' time' before bounding to the ring he's actually paying tribute to a character called The Thing from the Marvel comic books The Fantastic Four. It's safe to say that Punk is a massive comic book fan. in fact, he's just a self professed geek all round, his tour bus is often stacked up with issues of Preacher and The Walking Dead, and he even has a tattoo of the Cobra Commando logo from GI Joe on his right shoulder. A regular at various film and comic cons, Punk is also good pals with Incognito writer Ed Brukaer and even wrote the introduction to the hardcover version of Marvel's Avengers vs. X-Men, so it's safe to say that he's got enough experience and knowledge to man a comic store.
