10 Notable Wrestlers WWE Didn't Book For WrestleMania

Not everyone makes it to the big dance ever year.

The fate of performers hoping to get the big WrestleMania payday comes down to the booker's whim. In a number of instances, their hopes are in vain and they don't make it to WrestleMania. The more time that gets allotted to marquee headliners and opportunistic part-timers, the less chance there is for a 'bubble guy' to make it onto the show. You want to try and get every notable wrestler onto WrestleMania as possible, allowing the event to serve as a mostly-completed snapshot in some theoretical WWE yearbook, but it's not always possible. There's always a pre-show match or other alternative means, but there have been iconic wrestlers that didn't even get that. Some notable wrestlers don't even get bailed out by a pre-show battle royal. The list ahead consists of wrestlers that not only didn't perform before the live crowd on WrestleMania night, but didn't even get a peripheral role such as manager, corner-person, or someone that ran interference. No, what lay ahead are snubs, mere spectators to WWE's 'grand spectacle'. In some cases, a few were actually scheduled for matches, only to have the rug pulled out from under them at the last minute. A few of them have gone on to the WWE Hall of Fame. Everyone else on the list has arguable potential to be in the Hall one day. So who got snubbed over the years? You may be surprised.
