10 Outrageous Attitude Moments You Won't Believe WWE Got Away With

Two weddings and a funeral. Attitude style.

The Attitude Era brings back many wonderful memories of a time when WWE was willing and able to perform risky televised moments in order to boost their ratings ahead of their competition over at WCW. Because they were willing to take things to the extreme, a lot of memorable and classic professional wrestling moments were born. Fans who grew up during the Attitude Era were treated to a veritable cavalcade of shocking, irresistibly watchable moments that probably resulted in as many new fans coming to the company as angry letters being sent over to their Connecticut headquarters. However, some of these moments might have just gone too far, and though the company should be praised for their bravery, some probably should have never been put on live television in the first place. If any of these moments were done during a present day WWE show, Vince would be up to his neck in lawsuits. And yet somehow the WWE writers were given permission to show these moments; whether or not the WWE fans were better off watching them is up for debate, but what isn't is that they were some of the most memorable moments in the history of wrestling. Here are just ten of those crazy moments from the Attitude Era that you won't believe you ever saw.
