10 Predictions For Luke Harper's WWE Future

How will the big man fare without the shackles of the Wyatt family?

Luke Harper is the best kept secret in WWE. He's been with The Wyatt Family his entire time in WWE, but fans of his work before he made it to the big-time know just how good he is in the ring. There has never been a so-called "big-man" with the skill and athleticism that Harper possess, and it seems that WWE are cottoning on to that fact and setting Harper free from The Wyatt Family. The world is currently Harper's oyster, for someone who has been on WWE TV for over a year, and with the company for two, very little is known about the character. He's essentially a blank slate, which puts WWE in the unique position of being able to tell almost any story they want with a character that fans know and respond to. Someone of Harper's ability can surely make the best of anything WWE throw at him, here are ten possible paths Harper could travel as he embarks upon his solo career.

10. Reveal More Of His Backstory

Easily the most intriguing thing about the "Setting Luke Harper free" promo from last week's Raw was the tease of Luke Harper's life before he met Bray Wyatt. In the promo, Wyatt talks about how Harper was "lost" with "nothing but broken memories" so the next logical step is to reveal some more of that backstory. What broke Luke Harper? WWE could be wise to take a page from one of their most popular and long-lasting rivalries, Kane and The Undertaker. As great as Kane and 'Taker are in the ring, it's the story of two brothers with a tragic past that really captivated audiences, and now WWE have a chance to replicate that with Harper. Harper is an open book in a way that few characters in WWE have been, so at this moment, they can tell any story they want. If they can think of a compelling backstory that lead to his time in The Wyatt Family, and use it to set up a wrestling feud, it's possible they could create their newest enduring rivalry.
