10 Steps To Booking A NWO-Style Takeover Of NXT

This is how you make Cesaro a breakout star.

In a matter of a few weeks, NXT will be in the unique situation of having two "awesome super-indy dude" left on its booking sheets at the top of the roster in Finn Balor and Samoa Joe, alongside a roster of excellent divas and highly entertaining mid-card acts. For a few weeks, this is good, but eventually, presume that NXT diehards will tire of the situation and may possibly tune out on the brand in full until the returns of Hideo Itami and Sami Zayn. As well, there's a unique situation on the main roster that dovetails quite nicely with that's happening in NXT as Cesaro does not have a tag partner, while excellent performers Damien Sandow and Curtis Axel are without more significant roles on TV past imitating Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan. Maybe in embracing their own organic personas, there's a way for Sandow and Axel to be of better use. Moreover, in heading back down to NXT and being positioned as the crown jewel of the company, Cesaro could use the time without he's sadly without Tyson Kidd to take himself to the next level. Yes, the best way to do this is to have these three orchestrate a NWO-style takeover of NXT. Here's ten moments in booking said takeover that could create some truly entertaining television.
