10 Things You Don't Know About WWE In 1993

9. Ric Flair And Hulk Hogan Wrestled Many Dates After Their Last Televised Match

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XlvLhUQ1-Yw One of the effects of taping Raw was that Ric Flair lost his Loser Leaves WWF match against Mr. Perfect before the Royal Rumble, but the match would air on television the night after the Rumble. So Flair was a participating in the 1993 Rumble despite losing his Loser Leaves Town match the week prior. In fact, Flair wrestled non-televised live events for nearly another month after his final television appearance, wrestling his last match in nine years for WWF on February 10 against Bret Hart in Dortmund, Germany, on WWF€™s overseas tour. Hulk Hogan€™s last televised match for WWF was at King of the Ring in 1993 when he lost the WWF Title to Yokozuna. Hogan would go on to wrestle numerous house shows after that loss, either against Yokozuna, or teaming with Brutus €œThe Barber€ Beefcake in their Mega Maniacs tag team against Money Inc. Hogan€™s last match for WWF was on August 6 (over a month and a half since King of the Ring). Interestingly enough, it was also on an overseas tour in Sheffield, England.
