WWE's product is about to change.

Massively.

WrestleMania 39 is, at the time of publication, less than two weeks away, hitting Inglewood, California's SoFi Stadium on 1 and 2 April. So much is yet to be set in stone for the two-nighter - major names like Bobby Lashley and Sami Zayn remain absent from the card as of now - but what has been scheduled is paradoxical to what Vince McMahon would have typically concocted.

Roman Reigns will contend Cody Rhodes, 'The American Nightmare' in pursuit of the Undisputed WWE Universal title following his immortal 'Mania comeback last April. The Raw and SmackDown Women's title scenes are a breath of fresh air in spite of unfavourable booking since the Elimination Chamber and Royal Rumble, respectively, with the Women's Revolution itself being represented with three distinct eras in a six-woman tag team match. GUNTHER vs. Sheamus vs. Drew McIntyre will be excellent, as will Seth Rollins vs. Logan Paul. The lack of a Hell in a Cell Premium Live Event opens the match up for use on a larger stage. John Cena is having his first 'proper' WrestleMania match since 'Mania 33, notwithstanding his spur-of-the-moment match with the Undertaker and comical Firefly Fun House match opposite Bray Wyatt.

As for the day after?

10. A New Title Is Unveiled

For transparency, this article is working with the assumption that Cody Rhodes unseats Roman Reigns as the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.

When Rhodes made his timeless reemergence at 'Mania 38, he did so with the intention that he wanted the WWE title. It has long been Cody's rationale for the gradually-increasing high-risk rate in which he wrestles; he wants the title that his father, Dusty Rhodes, never accomplished.

He doesn't want nor need the Universal title. Nobody does, truthfully. Its mere inauguration was done solely to avoid having a traveling World Champion across both main roster brands, though the frequent inactivity, nonexistent storylines, and farcical title history diluted interest in what was once known as the 'jam championship' for its striking coat of red paint.

Current reports suggest Triple H himself isn't keen on the title, and has considered scrapping it altogether. Where that leaves the SmackDown World title picture is intriguing. If - and it's still an if - the Universal title is no more, what replaces it? 'The Game' is said to be in favour of bringing back the classic World Heavyweight title design that was so infamous with his own career, a move that would greatly please fans, particularly if it coincides with Cody Rhodes' desire to bring back the Winged Eagle WWE strap.
