10 Things To Take Away From WWE NXT Takeover: Rival

NXT lit up Full Sail once again with an outstanding special...

This past Wednesday, we were treated to NXT Takeover: Rival. The biggest thing leading up to this event was the question if this would top NXT Takeover: Evolution; which was one of the best specials the WWE did in all of 2014. Every single NXT title was on the line as there was a chance to avenge an upset for the tag titles, something personal between four women for the women's title, and something more than personal for the NXT Championship. Outside of the title matches, we had two different grudge matches. One grudge stemmed from jealousy just last week; while the other had been brewing for quite some time between two powerhouses. On top of all of that, we were treated to a dream match that has happened before all over the world, but for the first time inside the NXT Arena. Not only was it a battle of two talents, but it was a battle for the #1 contendership of the NXT Championship with whoever came out of the Sami Zayn v. Kevin Owens match. There is no question that the future is bright with the stars who are in NXT. A lot of the wrestlers on the card from this past Wednesday could very well end up on the main roster before the end of 2015. The actions from tonight will pose many questions with what will happen next within the world of NXT. The following takes a look at 10 things to take away from NXT Takeover: Rival...
